The SMILE Awards follow a transparent, merit-driven nomination system. Organisations and individuals can apply through self-nomination or industry recommendations. Each nomination is evaluated by an independent jury panel comprising senior industry experts, ensuring fair and unbiased recognition. Assessment parameters include innovation, operational performance, customer excellence, sustainability initiatives, and overall impact on Gujarat’s maritime and logistics ecosystem.
